Ashlee Simpson-Wentz had Lasik

Following the footsteps of the famous sister Jessica Simpson, Ashlee Simpson also underwent Lasik eye surgery in 2004 to correct her displaced cornea so as to get perfect sight. Just like Jessica, Ashlee also never bothered about how she looked, claiming that wearing glasses never bothered her. “I never worry about looking cool in front of a guy,” a gossip website quotes her as saying. “I have never been a self-conscious girl. Goofing around is part of being comfortable with yourself. I’ve always been good at meeting new people.”
This famous American singer and song-writer got recognition and fame in 2004 after the release of her blockbuster album called ‘Autobiography’. Prior to this she had gathered acting experience on shows like ‘7th Heaven’.
Ashlee’s Lasik procedure was recorded and went on air through her MTV show called “The Ashlee Simpson Show”.
Highlighting how important it is to inform yourself before you have a procedure done, Ashlee once told Popsugar: “If people want to get surgery, it’s a personal thing. But it’s not something anyone should rush into. Once it’s done, it’s done.”

I completely agree with her as I don’t think that Lasik is something that you can decide without understanding the outcomes and the negative side effects which can occur. No reasons to rush into it – get a free appointment in a clinic above all.
