Chris Brown is a neighbour’s worst nightmare

Chris Brown has been branded a neighbour from hell by his fellow West Hollywooders. The rapper is apparently accused of playing his music at maximum volume, racing dogs in hallways and parking in spaces reserved for handicapped drivers.
Photos have surfaced showing several of the 22-year-old’s pimpin’ rides clearly parked in disabled spaces and the man in charge of managing the building said everyone is ‘sick and tired’ of the arrogant behaviour. He added that plans are being made to tow any of Brown’s cars found to be parked in the restricted spaces again. Apparently the musician has already been fined several times by the city.
Mark Geragos, Brown’ lawyer told TMZ that in fact it is his client who is getting the raw end of the deal. Geragos says, the deed clearly shows the two spaces belong to Chris, but the developer never disclosed the spots were reserved for the handicapped. He adds that Brown is in litigation with the building over the parking spaces and plans to contest the tickets as well.
But the building manager states that this is not a one-off and that Brown is parking in other handicapped spots as well.
And apparently the bad behaviour doesn’t end there. According to fellow residents, Brown is an absolute nightmare neighbour due to his utter lack of respect. The rapper has been said to keep the neighbours up with his relentless partying, playing his music loud and even racing dogs up and down hallways at all hours.
It is also said that police were called to the premises earlier this week after someone was found to have vandalized the elevator…by carving the letters “C.B.” on the door.
Brown on the other hand has not been letting his unhappy neighbours trouble him too much, instead concentrating on his acting career. He has been cast in the upcoming comedy Think Like a Man. The highly-anticipated film is an adaptation of Steve Harvey’s New York Times best-selling book Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man.
The book apparently provides “some valuable information” to empower women about how to better deal with the men in their lives. Perhaps Rihanna would do well to have a read of it. The star has wisely been avoiding her ex-boyfriend Brown, who was arrested in 2009 on domestic violence charges.
“Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired,” he said in a statement at the time. Still, that didn’t stop him smashing up a dressing room on the set of Good Morning America after having been quizzed on the Rihanna incident during the show.
