Kelly Preston pregnant at 47!

John Travolta and Kelly Preston are expecting! The 56-year-old actor and the 47-year-old actress were excited to report the pregnancy. The family issues a statement on the matter, PEOPLE reports.

“It’s impossible to keep a secret … especially one as wonderful as this. We want to be the first to share this great news with everyone that we are expecting a new addition to our family. Love, John, Kelly and Ella.”

RadarOnline.com reports Kelly is three months pregnant, a fact that didn’t go unnoticed by fans who have lately spotted the actress keeping a safe distance to alcohol.

This is the best news the family has had since the tragedy that encompassed them nearly a year and a half ago. Their autistic son Jett, who was 16 at the time, died of a seizure in January 2009. The family was vacationing in the Bahamas at the time.
